The person I met
My name is Muskan Chaudhary. I was born
and raised in a normal family. Everything was very good. It was the time when I
didn’t even know about troubles of life. Then I shifted in Manamaiju from
Sinamangal with my family about 5 years ago. I didn’t know anyone here so I
just used to focus on my studies and sit in room all day when I was at home.
Then after sometime, I started talking with my one neighbour. Her name is Srijana
Khadka and was about 23 years old. She told me the struggle she did in her life
which taught me a lot about the problems that lots of people has faced in our
country.
She told when she was very young about 3-4
years, her father left her mother and her for another lady. Her neighbours scolded
and had backbite a lot about her mother instead of helping and supporting her
mother. Her mother could not bare it and committed suicide by drinking poison.
Her relative took her with them but
they made her work in home, would scold and always complain about her though
she was very good in studies, sports, art and other things. Then finally she
gave SLC exam with grade A. Instead of telling her to study, her relatives
started talking about her marriage. Being angry and disappointed, she left
their house and started working in a departmental store along with studying.
She had no place to stay so she used to stay at store by doing over duty. Slowly
she took a room by some savings. She was studying IT(software) to be software
engineer. Then after becoming software engineer, she went to Australia by
taking some money from store’s owner and started working there. She earned
enough money in 14 years and after that she returned to Nepal. At first she
paid the money which she took from the store’s owner. She build a house for her
and kept some rooms in rent. She started a cafe, kept staffs but she would go
there few time only. In another side she had also invest some money in iron
factory and had started teaching tuitions for children. She would sometime go
to various parts of Nepal to help peoples who were in trouble like she was in
past time.
Her struggle made her successful. When
she completed her words, i was feeling really sad for her past and happy for
her present and future. She proved that peoples can do a lot if they want.
Nothing is impossible. Her life story was amazing according to me. She taught me that we should always believe
in ourselves no matter peoples are with you or not. Instead of talking big infront
of others, we have to prove them that we can be successful without them. We
have to be independent. We should never give up and should always accept the
truth. If we want to be successful we have to learn from our failure keeping
our ego in side.
